Originally from Granite Falls, NC, Dr. Piercy is very excited to be practicing back in the Hickory area. When he is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, water skiing, scuba diving, photography, and gardening.

Dr. Joshua Brown is the medical director for the Frye Regional Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. He is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP), American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) and the North Carolina Medical Society.

Dr. Sue Garwood, MD, is an Infectious Disease specialist. She received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She also completed her internship and residency at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Her fellowship was completed at Bowman Gray School of Medicine, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.
