Arianna Starnes, FNP-BC

Arianna Starnes is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in electrophysiology and cardiovascular care. She evaluates and manages heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias, as well as chronic heart disease, hypertension, coronary artery disease and elevated cholesterol. Arianna works closely with patients to diagnose and manage cardiovascular conditions through advanced testing, including electrocardiograms, ambulatory rhythm monitoring, stress testing, echocardiography and cardiac imaging. She develops individualized treatment plans that support disease management and long-term cardiovascular health. Arianna earned a family nurse practitioner degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina, and in biology and chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
