Chhabindra Nepal, MD

Board-certified physician in pulmonary, critical care and internal medicine, Chhabindra Nepal specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex respiratory conditions. His clinical interests include asthma, COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, sleep apnea, pulmonary vascular disease, lung nodules and lung cancer. Dr. Nepal helps patients understand their condition and treatment options so they can take an active role in managing their health. Fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi, he serves a diverse patient population and develops treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Nepal earned his medical degree from Tribhuvan University Maharajgunj Medical Campus in Kathmandu, Nepal, completed his internal medicine residency and served as chief resident at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, New York, and completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.
