Denise LePage, NP

Denise Lepage is a nurse practitioner who helps patients and families stay healthy through every stage of life. She provides preventive care, annual wellness visits, employment and sports physicals, chronic disease management, treatment for acute illnesses and injuries and joint injections. Denise has a special interest in diabetes and hypertension and works with patients to develop individualized care plans that support healthier, more active lives. She emphasizes prevention, education and healthy lifestyle choices. Denise earned a doctor of nursing practice degree and a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
