Sarah Buff, FNP

Sarah Buff is a family nurse practitioner who helps patients manage acute and chronic pain and improve their quality of life. She treats back and neck pain, cancer-related pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, neuropathy and other complex pain conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy, image-guided injections and advanced therapies. Sarah focuses on reducing pain, improving function and helping patients return to work, hobbies and daily activities. Sarah earned a master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina.
